Wilson Sons Ultratug Offshore (“WSUT”) is a 50% joint venture between Wilson Sons and the Chilean group Ultramar, which has 23 Brazilian flagged offshore support vessels, and one of the largest and most modern fleets in the country.

Strategic positioning

We have two bases in the Guanabara Bay, in Rio de Janeiro. It is the main hub for logistical support to the Santos and Campos basins, one in Niterói and another in Rio de Janeiro. We also have a storage area in Guaxindiba - São Gonçalo - RJ, for drill pipes and other equipment.

Implementing one more Offshore Support base located in the port region of Rio de Janeiro, the Rio base is a PST (Private Support Terminal) with 05 linear berths and a large storage and handling area. It offers all the necessary structure and safety to service Offshore campaigns.
